Not Tuesday. Thursday would be even a better choice since they’ll probably be a lot of bugs.
For what? Raid doesn’t open until July 9.
I probably won’t even try to play the new stuff until Thursday or Friday. I am on a server with a decent population and will want the crowds to thin out a little. I hate waiting for respawns.
I have the advantage of working until 1 am, so my Wow primetime starts after that.
It works out pretty well, for problematic patch days as well as “new content.”
Is there even anything to Zerg other than potential gold explosions?
I wanted to call in like every day last week. This patch needs to come. I can’t keep doing this
That is stupid it is not like the game will be there when you get off work.
Not really. Everything that is super important is on the 9th. Most of the essences. Dungeon and raid. Artifact Knowledge actually doing something. Yada yada yada. Everything that comes up at 10 AM tuesday will still be there at 6 PM or whatever since the “main” content will be the pearls and stuff and those are tied to WQ.
Yeah, not jumping on this until like well after 8.3 drops.
relax, we will have months to get this done before new content comes out
I’m in the same boat. Usually works out pretty well for patch days because I get on when everyone else is logging out. Just a little sad that i have a long vacation the following week and will probably play through it.
Imagine taking work off for BFA
I remember the days of taking time off of work for WoW releases… those were the days.
^that 100%
I haven’t taken time off specifically for WoW since MoP. I don’t plan to start that back up again any time soon.
The sooner one starts the grinding for pathfinder 2, the better.
I have the entire week after off I’ll let the horde pass and go explore the new zone while you all are at work xD
he meant important things.
Yeah take the day off so you can do a few world quests and other quests then wait a while because everything is TIME GATED (I’ll be honest I havent looked a single bit into 8.2 but I feel that I have a fairly large chance of being correct on this one.)
There’s a staggered release for raids and such, not that different from normal. (The only difference is that they’re dropping the patch at the beginning of the two-week “between seasons” period instead of the end like they usually do.)
Other than that, nope. Quests and such are all right there when you log in.
Yeah I wasn’t saying one should take the day off specifically just to do a few world quests, but I’m gonna be honest I’m pretty disappointed pathfinder 2 does include a rep grind. If memory serves, that wasn’t how it was done with Legion Pathfinder 2. The only reason there were 2 parts was to lock out the ability to fly until the Broken Shore was implemented.
