what realistically could blizzard have done to stop the griefing in phase 2? they could have released BGs earlier so that those who wanted to start farming for honor for gear…would bg and leave people alone in world pvp. Sort of like in BC when horde start farming people in world pvp because of long queues.
Also, If i quit a BG due to being farmed by a premade, i get a 15 minute deserter and ALL of my pvp queues are removed. Which essentially wastes 75 minutes of my time, not really a solution.
Imagine thinking premades are an alliance-only invention

Perhaps it was up to you guys to say hey, farming lvl 62s in Zangarmarsh is dishonorable just because your queue times are long. Or maybe there shouldn’t be an UD rogue sitting at Nessingway killing Alliance in STV every time they try to turn in a quest. There were a band of three UD rogues killing the names quest dude in the belf zone every time it spawned so no one could complete the quest. Deal with the toxicity in your community that makes Alliance not want to play.
The queues are fine.
Premades vs Pugs is stupid, the only reason anyone defends it is because they want easy wins.
I know this for a fact because if a premade for some reason runs into another premade, they lose their poop and start looking for a way out immediately, they don’t want a fair competitive game, they want to organize and stack gear on people trying to get gear who don’t want to be in discord screaming targets.
How come under “Some changes” we still have in game Racials that skew class / race distribution in both PVE and PVP?
you dont think the alliance does the exact same thing? in classic i had level 60s camp me over and over again when i was level 20.
Hell ive been ambushed by a pack of 4 alliance in BC and camped.
The toxicity is in the entire community. there is a buffet of examples from both sides.

Sure there is toxicity on both sides. I address it with Alli I group with. It was of course only Horde who thought that camping Alli in the open world was an appropriate response to long BG queues.
no it was not. those level 60s camping me were waiting on queues. I also address it with the people i run with.
I remember being told “no Alliance will still bring up P2 in TBC.”
Right up there with “Alliance pugs will crush Horde in AV once the cave gets moved.”
And “All the Alliance are quitting over same faction BGs” with the first test.

I do keep hearing the gibberish of “bg’s are just a minigame” from people repping both factions. The same ones who then cry because Blizzard is giving said minigame any attention.
No, this was from Horde PvPers who said faction balance wouldn’t matter in TBCC because of arena, and that BGs would be irrelevant.
They were warned. And now this happened, and it’s hilarious.
