This quest has 4 phases. The last phase involves talking to Volith and a thing is supposed to come pick you up and carry you to “retrieve the sacred texts” – only nothing comes for pick up. Talking to Volith she just keeps repeating: I am honored by your presence. I tried relogging, but cannot abandon the quest to do it over. How to fix?

Have this same bug myself today on Proudmoore US. Quest just popped for the day. Went and got to this phase. I can talk to her, the guy comes and picks me up, but it doesn’t register as completing “Talk to Voitha” and the scrolls are not interactable.

I’m having the same issue. I just watched someone fly off using a Disciple of Humility on the ground, but I can’t interact with them. It forces me to only chat with Voitha, and there is not another option. I tried to interact with the other Disciples, but that isn’t working either. After talking with Voitha she states, “here you shall learn what it means to be kyrian.”
