<Reluctance> is a semi-hardcore raid guild. We are a group comprised of hardcore raiders and long standing friends looking to continue our successes on a 2-night schedule. We are looking for skilled DPS to round out our Raid Roster and continue our push of Mythic content.
What you can expect from us:
We will provide feasts, flasks, runes and repairs. In addition to standard raid items provided our officers and many of our core raiders are open to working with players to develop the proper rotations, stat priorities, talents, WAs, SIMs, Logs, etc. We will also run m+s to ensure players receive the maximum loot reward each Tuesday from their cache.
What we expect from you:
You are expected to maintain 90%+ attendance. You’re expected to know your class and to ask questions when you’re unsure of something. You’re expected to review logs, sim and use the analyzer to help yourself improve.

We are also open to a potential merge. We have 16 on our roster and things do come up and we’d like to be better prepared for when they do. Our raid spots are not promised to our members and if we have a better performance from a person or a better comp we will ask others to sit. We have to work as a team and understand the goal is to kill bosses. If you don’t get the kill the first time around does not mean you will never get the kill. We will get you in. But we must have a deeper roster to keep progressing. If you are open to merging with us you have the same opportunity to be in the raid as any current member.
