I’m trying to get help with my Timewarped Relic Coffer Keys not dropping. I don’t have any in my bank or inventory. I did all three wings of LFR BRD today and got none. They also didn’t drop from my caches. I had been getting these previously weeks before. I only do LFR BRD and I spent all of my keys on loot the last week I did it. This is time-sensitive as the Anniversary event is limited. This was on my level 60 druid.

Yes, I think I’m in that same ‘boat’! Run many times …yet.
My main is acquiring keys, but all of my alts except for one aren’t receiving any either.
Ok, so I did a little search, it does say on the item:
“Max of 120 keys”
According to a WOwhead comment, this means you can literally only collect 120 per difficulty per character.
I’d have to test this on my pally who currently has 116.

I got to 120 on my Pally just now, after that, none dropped in the same wing.
I’ve just purchased a cloth transmog, and I’ll see if I can get in another wing to test this out, I’m currently on 80.

I am to the point where I am not getting any keys on this character. There is one transmog appearance I should get for the sake of completeness, but I’ll see if I can get it on another toon. (I won’t be too upset if I don’t get the really boring bow.) Thanks for working out the reason why.
I can confirm that after getting 120 on a single character, you get no more. Regardless of spending any, so, it is either a bug, or, Wowhead comment is correct, it’s 120 per difficulty, per character. I only run LFR. I just did the 2nd Wing of LFR and didn’t get a single one, I have 80 in my bags and I had 116 when I started this test, got 4 total across 2 wings and spent 40.
This toon has been stuck at 39 keys for two weeks, none the bank I checked.
I got 120 keys from LFR on my main and am not getting any keys from LFR on any of my alts. The keys state “120 keys per difficulty per character”, meaning I SHOULD be getting keys on my alts. Where are my keys??
@Kabasue I wonder if you are at 119 keys and the game won’t let you pick them up if you would go over 120. Have you killed Phalanx recently? (I don’t know what other mini-bosses only drop one key.)
Nope, I thought that at first two. I checked the bank and it’s 39 keys, no more and no less. Also I added up all the keys on all the toons, and it was 156 so it’s not 120 over all accounts.
I was wondering why my druid didn’t get any, I originally read it as you can only have 120 (on hand)…never thought it’d be a character lifetime limit.
How odd for them to do that, but I see now how I read over their actual intent.
Same thing is happening to me. I really hope they fix this.
Phalanx dropped 2 keys for me tonight.
Also, I didn’t get any keys on my level 70 alt which is sad since I was going to use my non-max alts to farm for the tmog while collecting gear to use when they hit 80.
