Relentless Inquisitor Top 3 sims both st and aoe why?

Is there a reason why that lego sims so good? 5% haste seems underwhelming.

What are you simming it against and what style of sim are you running? Like 1 boss 5 minutes 1 boss 3 minutes 8 boss 1.5 min etc

Mostly blood mallet and other websites like that. It consistent top 3 in both single target and aoe.

Oh, looking at blood mallet isn’t running a sim at all lol. Take a look at what items blood mallet uses, it’s full BiS gear and racial that does the most dps. It’s not showing you your gear at all

Yeah I agree, but the fact that is up there compared to the other lego makes it the most versatile lego for ret. Because others you cant use both st and aoe. Such as Final Verdict and the divine storm one.

Its very hard for ret to actually use that type of data into account.
Every secondary stats are very close together for ret, and every single item will greatly differentiate the end result.

Don’t forget that the sims they are using is with a full 285 ilvl build+4set+mythic gavel.
Its really better to sim your very own character.
And using relentless will just make you end up average in both single target and aoe. While having both Final Verdict and Tempest will make you the strongest in either of those.

And with the 9.2 vendor you can buy a chest containing mats for 1 legendary right away, no farming required.

its a decent single target and aoe leggo, also its not “only 5% haste” it stacks multiplicatively so its anywhere between 6-7% haste depending on your own haste, our multitask legendaries are really close toguether anyways about 1%-1.5% differance, so i mostly say its on a personal preference basis if you really want to do both types of damage on what leggo you want to use

Haste has become a priority stat now to trigger tier but I highly doubt top sim especially with Old warriors soul trinket basically doing the same thing.

It’s not inconceivable that it’s doing well because more haste means it’s more likely you fit 4 GCDs within a Seraphim proc. That’s why Old Warrior’s Soul does so well too, and during Heroism/Bloodlust you can even get 5 if you get your GCD close to 0.75, so even your unlucky proc damage is boosted a lot.

Yeah I agree but with Old warriors sole you’re not really missing out on a huge trinket (most pretty worthless) unlike final verdict or tempest which boost your main damage dealer by 20%+.

I’d have to test it but no one is currently running it for a reason. Haste def will trigger more procs but at the expense of them hitting much softer
