Blizz runs on PST time.

Blizzard is in Seattle, so they operate in PST. They’re probably launching in the middle of the day so their teams aren’t up at 1am if there are issues.

Probably because the team that works on this is a PST day shift team, but they are bunch of night owls like me that can’t get their brain really working before 11am.
