Do we happen to know what time during the day on August 22nd that the game will be releasing for those who pre-ordered the epic edition?

Blizzard’s standard release time has been 3:00 PM Pacific Time for several expansions now. It coincides with 12:00 AM in Paris.
I’m aware. But since they were doing things slightly different this release, I didn’t know if itd be different.
I was trying to figure out if I needed to put PTO in for that day or go to work and be ready to log in.
They announced that its 3pm PST
