Cmon blizz just release MoP already. Fighting disc priests every game was fun the first week, not so much now.

MoP was goated for its time, but ngl I’d bet the farm that it will be a ghost town compared to its former self.
The pve will be largely dominated by gdkps and boomer’s trying to out-swipe one another, and the pvp will at best be a few dozen streamers and/or r1s trading blows in an already solved game.
The remaining few dozen pvp participants will be trying to relive the glory days for which they are so nostalgic, eventually realizing that mop arena has just as many if not more glaring issues as any other version of the game, and ultimately quit due to one or more of: broken specs, broken comps, deflation due to there being a lot less participation compared to og mop, etc.
I do look forward to the posts which will inevitably litter the forums (e.g., nerf this, buff that, mop is dead, can’t find teammates, remove blade’s edge arena, etc.). These posts will be the highlight of mop classic for me lol

Maybe so, but at least it’s different and not the same stale FOTM blasted patch that goes months and months without any changes… boring to play and watch. unfortunately that’s just what wow is now, a cycle of disappointment until a little hype gets released then back to the same old cycle.

Yeah mop is cool because people just play what they want to 
I guess WoW arena is technically PvE now as most of it is NPCs and bots.
Have you even played the original mop? This addon has the most complex gameplay, the largest amount of control, instant sheep/cyclones. PvP requires advanced professions. This addon will die in a couple of months when you encounter difficulties and no one will give in to your whining, like in retail.
And yet it’s still a better design than current retail… an already dead version.
Oh yes, pretty sure people will love hunters over there, not that there was a certain pet ability that made half the pvp population quit the game or anything.

Are you talking about the Spirit Bond talent or whatever it was called that healed a hunter for like 10 percent of their total HP every few aevinds with a live pet out? Cuz that was incredibly OP and I mained hunter then fanatically, Lone Wolf burst could 3 shot plate wearers or healers and if you got targeted you popped mitigation, trapped/knocked back or scatter shotted, disengaged and called pet and got to full health fast. Plus camouflage started it’s CD when used instead of when fading so it was usable back to back and MM was literally a ranged rogue
Nope, I’m talking about stampede being a 100% hp execute for almost an entire season.
MoP started many things that are wrong in the game today, some people are just blinded by nostalgia.

I would play classic if I could just get a fully geared PvP toon on demand. No way I’m farming all that garbage when I actually enjoy retail.
