All of the PvP threads will more or less be silenced with the addition of AB. You can premade AB. The queue times will not be so bad and the match will eventually end for one side. Pugs can challenge an AB team with a minor amount of communication. People will actually be able to farm honor because of splitting parties. So just give this BG to us now, and your players will be back to being happyish with ranking again.

Releasing AB as a fix for this recent bad fix? Is stupid.

it’s not going to fix anything, but why not release it? may as well get it over with
Every other solution is “Nerf horde advantage” or “Nerf alliance advantage” and similar sounding Reeeeee.
This is a neutral solution with a perfectly balanced map.
It wouldn’t surprise me if people get out microsoft paint and start making lines on the map to check distances.

AB isn’t a fix for the bullspit change that made both AV and WSG impossible for alliance to solo queue and win.
How about not- and I’m going to save this thread for when Horde start whining that Blizz released AB early to appease the Alliance in two months, since apparantly bringing out BGs early is to the Alliance’s favour.
So on record- I oppose.
Because horde are the only ones whining.
No change was done to WSG at all
WSG has always been capable of premaking
And NO ONE from EITHER FACTION fares well in WSG solo queuing
Because you’re probably going to face off with a premade thats using scouts to find PUG games.
Go hop into one of the allied discords and watch it happen for yourself.

I don’t really have a strong bias. I just haven’t looked that deep in to things. WSG premades are more viable now, therefore are more populated with premades. They are more viable now because AV queues got gimped. So the prevailing logic of introducing AB now is in an attempt to dilute things in hopes of some people catching a break?
AB isn’t a bed of roses either. I can’t say I care for a third option at this moment in time.

and always a nasty ball of deadly premades.
WSG was where everyone ranked.
AV was not, it took too long, and most people actually hated AV and sometimes it was almost impossible to get 1 single AV running, you had to literally go over to the other faction and say hey guys, we are trying to get an AV going, you guys wanna start forming a group? we got 28 people so far.
WSG was were you went to get your own arsse sliced trimmed and fed back to you cold, in 7 minutes or less, unless you had a good premade.

Not sure why you think just releasing AB will magically make PvP better.
Blizzard needs to fix the pre-mades fishing for pug’s. But the #nochange people are against it.
what will it fix? the meta is still exploiting and premade dodging. Unless blizz suspends a lot of people like they used to it will be the exact same.
they should release AB early so that we finally get bg weekends to break up the monotony of what is most optimal for ranking

No thanks, no more early BG releases- not interested in the Horde whine about BGs being released too early again, let’s wait until phase 4 and ZG comes out in May.
So far, they’ve made a habit of releasing content mid-phase, and if they continue that practice, my money is absolutely on AB mid or early Phase 3.
