The interface problem started when I switched one talent point to cleanse disease for BH. After selecting the talent point, my keybindings and interface panel reset to what I found out was an old preset from Shadowlands. Since then, I cannot change specializations without the keybinds and interface bars deleting all my keybinds and removing talents.
Tried/failed: Renaming WTF, Cache, and interface folders then starting the game. Deleting all three folders and then starting the game. Tried a third-party UI panel and still has the same issue. Resetting keybindings to default in-game, then setting the keybinds again from scratch. Deleting all add-ons and deleting all three folders.
