Hello my name Aritos my battletag is Direwolf#12451 I was recently on my Dracthyr Warrior name Niõhõggr and I tried to buy the Reins of the Twilight Sky Prowler from the Trading Post but I got the message “It’s taking awhile to complete your purchase” I thought nothing of it so I left it for the day. I came back the next day to no mount to unwrap in my collections and the 750 Tender used to purchase said mount, but to this day I still have no mount
Same thing happened to me yesterday. I tried on 3 different toons, tried logging completely out of the game… still nothing 
Now, I just logged in, and it took my tokens and still no mount /cry
yea it’s annoying at how this issue isn’t resolved yet ;^; like I am working back up the tender slowly but if the same thing happens and the Tender disappears and I have no mount what’s the point of the trading post if they don’t give us what we want ;^;
I’d open up a ticket, probably purchase failure since this is something that ought to show up in your transaction history. It’s entirely possible a GM would be able to see the transaction and lack of item and offer assistance
I tried opening a ticket 1st and they told me that I had to submit a bug report and the link they sent me brought me to the forums page, they said they couldn’t do anything on their end ;^; which I don’t know what more they want me to do I mean I am working back up the Tender slowly but who’s to say this issue won’t happen again ;^;
