ah the Reins of the Ascendant Skyrazor is the mythic only mount.
Which has a 100% drop chance off Mythic Queen Ansurek.
Are you confusing it with the Sureki Skyrazor? Which is the 1% mount off any difficulty? (even LFR).
Also I have no idea what you are trying to say. Are you asking if the mount can drop for someone who already has it? Aka can you get it more than once?
