Can Shamans use reincarnate in arena?? I’ve been told no but have also witnessed it happen.?

it’s a HUGE totem with a HUGE animation on a 5 min cd
it competes with earthen wall, and has like 0 health so you can easily identify it and kill it before killing someone within it
it’s never worth playing

There’s a totem that lets people who die come back to life if they die while the totem is active.
