Rehzik "The Shiv" not appearing in Dornagol despite Lingering Shadows questline being completed

I was told to make a forum post here since the ticket solutions didnt work. I have all War Within main quest campains finished (leveling, war within, kirin tor epilouge, lingering shadows) fully complete on 2 characters, but Rehzik “The Shiv” isnt at foundation hall so I can’t do the Undermine questline.

Has anyone else had this issue, or knows how to fix it?

I have the same problem I made a ticket to blizzard and it looks like maybe I got the same response. I have a guild buddy that has the same issue. I guess I’ll report as a bug to blizzard and see what happens.

I came looking for an answer for this too…he isn’t on my game at all.
