Sorry if this has been answered but I can’t find one. I’m leveling a new character on Remix and I can’t switch off of Skyriding (lvl 10). I do not enjoy Skyriding… so is this a bug, intended, or am I being dumb and the answer is obvious? Hah.

It might be a bug since prepatch, but you aren’t able to use the “switch styles” spell in your book until level 20, so you’re stuck with skyriding until then.
lvl 20 unlocks normal flying
Thank you! I’ll just use my ground mounts til level 20 then. 
Normal flying is the superior flying. This is why Blizzard is locking behind pathfinding and it’s the upgraded/later riding skill now.
Intended; Steady Flight unlocks at level twenty.
Hi i’m a new player. Could you please tell me what steady flight is? I asked around reddit and people said with the new pre patch flying mounts got enabled at level 10. I’m level 18 now and my gryphon still won’t take off…so really confused. I waned to level in the radiant echoes place, but finding it quite hard without a flying mount there.
Its the original mount flying in the game. It will unlock for you at level 20. Its a slower but easier to control option to flying.
But you can open up your mount tab and switch to dynamic riding now
