Can someone please tell me the exact requirements for regular flying in Dragonflight? I’ve been searching & it looks like the requirements changed at times, so I just want to make sure exactly what I need to do. Thanks so much.

Main campaign first 4 zone and Zaralek cavern and explore all of the zones and there you have it flying
You need the achievement “Dragon Isles Pathfinder” which is a meta achievement consisting of 8 other achievements. Basically, do all the main quests (shield icon quests) in Waking Shores, Ohn’aren Plains, Azure Span, Thaldraszus, and Zaralek Caverns. In addition to that you need the exploration achievements for fully exploring those 5 zones in addition to fully exploring the emerald dream.
It sounds like a lot but it’s really not all that much. You can check the pathfinder achievement at any time to see how close you are and you can click on any of the achievements within that one to see how close they are. Good luck!

You basically explore 5 zones and do about 400 quests (almost any quest where the “!” is encased in a shield).
I just started the expansion a couple of months ago and I think it took me about 10 days to level and get it. I put in a fair share of play time there, so anywhere from a week to a month would be realistic (based on how much you play).
