I scroll through a Google feed on occassion and click on many forum posts that pop up. Yet half of the time I click one, it says I need a level 10 character to reply. I always thought this was some bug I couldnt fix, I looked all over the internet and even tried to submit a ticket about it.
I have realized the reason is because some of these posts are on a different region, the EU. I feel like we shouldnt be held back from being able to respond to EU or US posts just because we only have characters on EU or US servers.
Or am I experiencing a bug and I just came to a false conclusion?
