Hello,
I would like to report what appears to be a bug involving the Void Core loot tracking system and request that it be investigated.
I have used Void Core rolls on Xenas more than 10 times while targeting a specific item. Based on the system’s intended behavior, the number of remaining eligible items should have been reduced accordingly.
However, after my recent Mythic +12 Xenas run, the tracker unexpectedly showed that 7 items were still remaining in the loot pool. Based on my own tracking, this does not appear to be correct and suggests that either one or more rolls were not properly counted or that the loot table was reset prematurely.
I contacted Customer Support regarding this issue. After reviewing my ticket, the Game Master informed me that Customer Support does not have the ability to manually correct the roll counter and advised me to submit a report here so that the development team can investigate.
The main concern is that if the tracker failed to register my previous rolls correctly, then I may have effectively lost progress toward my targeted item. Acquiring and spending Void Cores requires a significant investment of time and effort, which makes this issue particularly impactful.
I would appreciate it if the development team could review the logs associated with my character and determine whether the tracker is functioning correctly. If an error is confirmed, I would also ask that the team consider restoring any lost progress, returning any improperly consumed Void Cores, or providing an equivalent resolution.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, or can the developers clarify whether this behavior is intended?
Thank you for your time and investigation.
