Yeah, the 2 new ones are nice (well, one of them is)…but having them constantly in the bountiful rotation is making them old quick. Couldn’t the whole bountiful thing be random?
I really like Side Streets Sluice. Probably my favourite delve now.
Excavation Site 9 makes my eyes bleed and I’ll likely avoid it as much as I can.
I know this is of no help but just wanted to add my opinion.
Everyone is patting Blizzard on the back now after they mended tank Brann from when they crucified him. The guy is still dumber than a box of rocks and I want to slap him every time he speaks. I really don’t want to see him in the future, I hate him.
Supposedly 11.1 specifically changed bountiful delve rotation to be less random, and make it so that all delves are cycled through before one is bountiful again, but from my experience that doesnt seem accurate
Well just having him take reduced AoE damage is HUGE because of how terrible the AI is at times.
Should have an option at the points where you can change his roles/curios to tell him “SHUT UP SO I CAN CONCENTRATE!”
I like Brann as a character it’s just the AI can be annoying by spamming quotes. I am glad the devs are poking fun at it with the Mr. Delver scenario in Side Streets Sluice and the Delves Season 2 intro quest (and the fact hes been only giving us a tiny amount of gold while pocketing it all).
I really like it as well, but when I’m healing tank brann has a nasty habit of pulling the top (and sometimes also bottom) in that very first room with enemies.
MuteRepetitiveBrann. It still lets some voice lines through (mostly the new 11.1 ones), but it stops a bunch of his nonsense. I’m starting to think the original dev abandoned the project, since it hasn’t been updated since around the time TWW dropped. I’m of a mind to fork it and properly suppress the new voice lines. Just need to figure out how to obtain the sound IDs, since WoWHead doesn’t have them listed, or at least not easily searchable.
I avoid that one when doing my 11s for the week…also the gauntlet one in Underkeep…but it’s not too hard when you drop down to 9s and below to fill out all of your crests. Still, it’s like they were saving money on a reduced color scheme. Actually made me wonder if I should try switching to grey scale. As much as I like Sidestreet, having those 2 swap out every day is getting repetitive and boring…
“To kill the cyberdemon, shoot it until it dies!” Quality advice keeps making the rounds.
(If the game was a lot smarter, it’d be neat if it gave you actual advice. “Hey MM hunter main, you know that arcane shot button? You should hit it more.” I’d hear that a lot.)
My recommendation is, if you’re melee, kill the one that fears first. He has the 2nd lowest HP. If you’re ranged, kill the lowest hp guy first but interrupt the fear, then kill the fear guy next.
