purchased for transfering between SOD realms only to learn thats an inacessable feature to use with intended purchase and now i cant even contact anyone via support tickets to request a refund.

he’s not wrong… I had to fill out 8 tickets and email legal just to get a REAL response, the GM was foreign too.
now I was told finally that my purchase would be refunded after countless tries, multiple “errors” when attempting to refund.
except now im facing a new click agree to terms and conditions whenever I try to access battlenet and really dont want to agree to said terms until I see the refund go through my account,
“replaced with call centers in India” doesn’t mean that they didn’t lay everyone off. I live in one of the former hub cities for Blizz support and they don’t have a support team here anymore
