Connection issues have to do with a myriad of factors, not only the amount of bandwidth you have on your internet connection - just as cars may have problems starting or running that are actually unrelated to the engine itself.
Unfortunately, yes, there have been many requests to refund the coalescing visions or the vessels, but the current policy is that they are not refunding those items.
