If you go to Refuge Point in Arathi Highlands to go to the Candy bucket for the Hallow’s End achievement, there is no bucket to be found. This apparently has been a problem since as early as 2012 as I could find in previous forum posts. Is there any fix to it?

Bowbreeze, It isn’t missing and it isn’t a bug. I spent the last 2 days looking for this and finally found it. It’s a phase issue. You have to speak to Zidormi at 38,90 and phase Arathi back to the old verison. Then it will be at refuge point right where it should be.
