I’m working on the ‘Refti Retribution’ Quest and I cannot complete the 0/4 task of rescuing Refti survivors. Every time I click a Refti NPC, they will either be a corpse (normal) or will get up and run away but not increase the counter.

There are multiple reports of this happening since 10.1.7 was released. Please fix it, I’m tired of this quest in my quest log 
Yep bugged and can’t be completed. I guess I’m stuck and have to go level an alt or go back to farming Zereth Mortis. This should be urgent, like shut down the servers and fix it urgent. It actually breaks the game.
Também estou parado nessa missão, falta somente ela para completar, estou a dias parado nisso, uma falta de respeito e descaso, afinal, nao é de graça, pagamos e muito bem pagos e no mínimo eles devem nos entregar um jogo que pelo menos deem para completar quests.

FYI, hotfix notes for today say this is fixed. So it should work after server maintenance (10AM-11AM eastern time).
I was able to complete this quest today (after about 2 weeks of trying and bug reporting). Maybe not connected, but I DID start it midway between Time Rift episodes in case that was causing a glitch.
