How do I refine ore in Khaz Algar? Have been to the mining trainer, he says I have already learned, but when I go to the forge it says I have unlearned.
its not a skill you pick up but a specialization tree you need to unlock that ore tree for it

Each ore type has a specialization which contains refining that ore as something you learn.

You have to fill out each ore in the Plethora of Ore tab tree if you want to improve the quality of your ore.

Thanks, I wondered about what was in the specialization tab and then forgot about it. Ok, I did a bunch of mining in Khaz and have made some progress. Oddly, while mining I got a message saying I learned a new recipe, Agirite, but when I went to the forge, I still couldn’t refine Agirite, it says I unlearned the recipe.
