Reduce increased dmg taken for tanks from 50% back to 30%

I prefer the second one that actually alternates it one by one instead of having areas where theres like 3 lower and then 3 upper.

I personally would like to see one of two options:

  1. Increase tank damage taken by 5000%. Let us have some fun 1 mil+ crits on these scumlords.
    or…
  2. Reduce all tank damage done and healing done by 90+%, but also remove the damage taken penalty. If they want to be a burden upon humanity and tank in pvp, let them be tanks. They should deal zero damage or healing in return.
