The main topic of this week has been the bots using teleport and flying hack to gathering Black Lotus and other materials, all of this after that Reddit post showing us real proof.
Some people says it’s difficult to identify bots. Dude, I’m leveling some alts and The Barrens is full of troll mages bodies, everywhere. Just follow one of those and you’ll see how a bot behavior works, seeing the same thing everywhere. I’m convinced that the server population is easily at least 30% bots.
I’ve been saying for months that Blizzard should do something about it, but I’m convinced that they care 0 about the situation, they just want as much money as they can before declare bankruptcy, otherwise it’s impossible to understand how they have done 0.
It’s truly sad, because the situation it’s the same (or even worse) that the one back then in 2019. Dude, we are paying. I hope sooner or later private servers will win against Blizzard, cause they deserve the money more than this amateur game company.
I like to mindcontrol the bots on the way to UBRS and trap them on the ledge below, the one under the chain and above the lava. Some get stuck there, some flyhack back up lol, some have found a way to die so they can release and spirit res (i think they are using the unstuck feature). I report all of them and get frequent in game mail that action has been taken for cheating. But the stream of bot mages never ends
Some of my best memories of Classic WoW are killing thunder lizards in The Barrens over and over and over again with my Mage pals Szccccffb, Thppdggi, and Mvforpdatt.

Blizzard absolutely needs to remove the pay to win game play styles that promote and support gold buying through real money transactions.
It is obvious that Blizzard is unable to do anything about the botting and hacking; which is motivated by the sale of gold. It’s been 20 years.
The only appropriate solution is to get rid of why people buy gold.
Banning the sale of Character Leveling Boosts for Gold, as well as Arena Carries for Gold are what the Real Classic Playerbase needs to demand from Blizzard.
The power the Real Classic Playerbase has is to voice themselves with their money. Unsubscribing shows Blizzard what is truly important to keeping their real playerbase.
Epog had to bring in people from other projects because so many people were trying to play on their server
this may be coming sooner than you think, tbh pservers will never be as popular as official servers but i can definitely see them hitting 100k+ servers eventually, there’s probably already that many between warmane twow and epoch
Ascension has 200k+ in their discord and epog has 100k accounts now. It’s using ascension infrastructure and will likely be launching in a few days. Stress test tomorrow and now everyone can make accounts again
There are pserver teams who have some insane infrastructure motherships now. It’s actually scary how big of a come back these servers are making and I KNOW blizzard sees it
I do the same, only sometimes you can’t help notice them when they stay in that same place, killing the same mobs or fishing the same pools that you want.
