Have you seen how dumb we are? Bolvar literally raises new allied races as death knights and we just accept them. The old death knight were ho hum left overs of the lich king but the new lich king is making a larger army and the alliance and horde just ignore it. Pretty sure if some cute red space goat girl said she was really sorry to Anduin he would be fine with it.

That is because the same reason the original death knights were accepted into the ranks of the alliance and horde. They understood that these warriors had their own will again, and if they were turned away, they would likely join the other faction. The alliance couldn’t afford to turn away another large fighting force like they did the Forsaken.

There weren’t any Manari in the assault that was all Guldan I believe. Idk Legion was a bit ago don’t remember broken shore.

The real question is does anyone not? They are basically good aligned succubi in terms of design just enough animal features to be exotic while still being human. Which is why all they have to do to make them look demon is turn their skin red.

The Eredar were among if not the first race that Sargeras brought into the Burning Legion. They were not the first converted to demons, as that was likely the Dreadlords. But the Manari make up the bulk of the military ranks above fodder. There were plenty of them during Legion.
