There are so many issues that need/require fixing for rogues, and it seems like blizzard turns a cold shoulder to them…whole continuously buffing DH and needing(or what they call nerfing) ret paladins. All classes should receive their due attention. Please stop ignoring these issues blizzard.

At this point it seems like they are more focused on season of discovery than the retail game. No tuning, no bug fixes except small hardly noticeable fixes for quests/dungeons

Like I said either this is a stealth change intended to balance the ability due to high CP generation of Rogues.
Or they simple lack the team to look through these bugs for retail.

Seems to still be bugged in 10.2.6
When Slice and Dice gets refreshed with Cut to the Chase the healing portion from the Recuperator talent stops working.

Yeah its best not to waste a precious talent point on that ability. It clearly wont be fixed this expansion, just like the Cloak of shadows bug that still doesnt keep off magical snares while cloak is up (unfortunately though we must have that one). I just dont anticipate either one getting fixed if ever. Small indie company. The rogue dev is useless
