They’re just promo mounts that most people bought secondary and tertiary accounts for.
It was effectively just a limited time shop mount that they didn’t promise wouldn’t come back.

Yeah, why bother getting a friend to enjoy the game with you if the reward is just going to wind up in the trading post fourteen years later? May as well just keep the game a secret from your friends and wait it out.

Well… it definitely ranks up there as one of the worst takes today. Not the worst. But close.
I bought my RAF mounts myself. This ain’t a Challenge Mode, skippy. You opened your wallet and used them for ages. No one cares.

Those aren’t really the same, though. Something like Dearth’s Demise or a Cataclysm elite set aren’t comparable to something a guy paid 15 bucks to sub an alt acc to unlock, like, not even close.
