I’m searching for info myself. It’s supposed to be live now, with 8.2.5.
Clicking “What’s New?” in-game does nothing.
The RAF web page still has the old info on it.
The RAF support articles still refer to the old program.

This blows. My girlfriend has been sitting patiently at 20 for a week now. I’m just gonna have her subscribe and forget the rewards. They only really look good on humans and dwarves anyway.
I’ve been waiting to recruit my husband. I don’t care about the rewards, I want the 50% exp and teleport to a friend. Because I get lost. All the time.
