I wasn’t aware recrafting orders were PERSONAL, not public. 
I’m looking for a JC to recraft my lariat and a LW to recraft my shoes. I’m on daggerspine (idk if that’s a thing). Please get in touch with me if you can help.

you can only send crafting orders to people on your realm, so if you are on a low pop server, oh well.
you can do cross-faction, but that’s all.

Yup…running into the same issue on Arthas since it’s low pop. There are almost no BS’s on the realm and the ones that exist are weaponmasters. As more and more people leave the game this will become an even larger issue with crafting going forward. Hoping they at least make recrafts public at some point.

My oddball warlock friend is trying to get his ring recrafted to 405, but the jewelers who spam trade with “looking for work” refuse to do it because my friend only has 5000 gold.
I feel for us low pop plebs.
Most of the crafting orders I see are in guild only. The open market is otherwise dead.

Yes, this system may have looked good (somehow) on paper, but actually trying to use it is a pain in the butt. (And thanks again, WoW word police.)
