Hi guys, I currently have 418 Elemental Lariat but I would like to change the stats from crit\mast to haste\mast. Is it possible to do that with recrafting? If so, what’s the best way to do it? Do I risk my necklace going down in quality if I place a public order? Thanks in advance

Yes you can change the stats through recrafting.
The best way is to find a JC through chat that can make your neck at the quality you want it. Try asking when your server seems busy.
Yes you risk quality going down through public orders, I wouldn’t go that route.
thanks for reply. do I risk quality going down if I find a good JC ? is it 100% to recraft it with no risk at all that way?
I don think you can even do it public orders for 418 recraft
The JC will be able to tell you what quality they can guarantee.
A quality 5 is the hardest to get and sometimes takes a little luck/a few recrafts to get. Just look for a JC that can make the quality you are looking for and see if they will do multiple recrafts if the first one they do didn’t proc the 5, if that is what you are wanting.
- recrafts have to be private
- when making the order just swap the missive out for the stats you want
- the recraft would be treated as a regular recraft regardless of it being 418 now. 418 cannot be guaranteed without an Insight for necks to my knowledge so you most likely have to get an inspiration proc.
What you can probably get away with doing is hunting down who gave you the 418 to begin with and asking them (there is a log tab in the crafting order menu). Some crafters don’t require fees for their crafts.
