So I worked my butt off farming enough Gilded Undermine Crests to craft my weapon. First, I crafted a 675 item level polearm, then kept grinding until I could afford the Gilded Augmentation Matrix.
But when I go to place a recraft order with the matrix, it tells me my weapon will be downgraded from 675 to 668. Am I missing something here, or is this a bug?

The preview window shows the item at its lowest possible result. If you don’t set a minimum quality, it will show it as 668 (662 from gilded crest, +6 from augment matrix). If you set a minimum quality of max rank, it will show you the preview as a 681 item and you will either receive that or the crafter you send the order to will be unable to fulfill it, and you’ll receive all the base components you sent along with the 675 weapon.
I found my mistake, I had to select the minimum item quality. That was the mistake.
