There has been a weird delay in the interface when recrafting stuff and it has caused me to recraft multiple times in the same work order. The mats are instantly taken out of my inventory even if the customer provided them originally! Furthermore it can cause my rank 5 crafts to turn into rank 4s and vice versa.
Yep I also have that issue, sucks
