Recraft isn't acknowledging my Spark or Trophy of Conquest?

Maybe I’m missing something but just in case, I thought I would post it here.

I am trying to do a recraft order for my PVP boots. I have all the mats including the Trophy of Conquest and the Spark of Shadowflame and can’t use either one? the crafting menu shows the Spark of Shadowflame in red and says I’m missing it even though I have two in my bag.

Bug or am I doing something wrong?

I have the same issue I thought I was doing something wrong and can’t find anything on the internet

Did you ever get yours figured out? I just went to try again and it still isn’t recognizing the Sparks of Shadowflame in my pack of the Trophy of Conquest
