I recorded a level 2 botter mining Mithril Ore while phased underground (not on this character but on my Classic character). Who can I give this to at Blizzard? I also have screenshots and have reported in-game but have not received any feedback.
He is obviously cheating by mining high level ore within and below the surface of the games designed “floor”. NPCs are unable to attack him thru the game floor.
I would think it wouldn’t be too difficult to find level 2 characters that have max mining to be frank, but regardless, I have the screenshots and the video and reported in-game. Please feel free to contact me for any video or screenshots.

So the mining bot leveled to 4 and has moved on to Silithus, after I found a way to kill him thru a crack in the floor of a cave he had been exploiting. I killed him for most of one day and he then moved on.
I had watched him for weeks and even recorded how he works. I estimate he was mining between 500-1000 mithril bars each day for the past 3-4 weeks when I first caught sight of him traveling beneath and within the walls of a high-level zone cave as a level 2.
The NPC’s can’t reach him and he is free to mine without risk. When I was able to kill him, I invited him to a group, he auto-accepted (I assume that this is by design of the bot code). I then watched him traverse high level zones back to his corpse and to repeat his configured mining route all on automatic bot pilot.
Nothing has been done as the gold seller bot is still actively roaming Azeroth as a level 4 with a near-capped mining skill.
When I see odd auction house supplies being sold in bulk by one person (60 stacks of 10 of Goblin Sappers for a total value of 2400G) it is easy to understand why gold sellers are commonplace. This does tremendous harm to the lawful player-base and the realm economy, as we all know. This must be stopped, even if it is individually and not the traditional big net approach by blizzard. One person (bot) can single-handedly destroy a trade good economy.

It ain’t just mithril being botted.
The incredible inflation we see is the result of this. People who don’t buy gold won’t be able to keep up legitimately.
