The drop rate for Lookout’s spyglass is bugged. I have been killing the lookouts for 2 hours and still have not got the item.

Ditto, and there are so few of them I have to wait for respawns.
So…… questie is wrong, they both drop from Steamsmiths, not the lookouts.
