So for the downtime are we getting Gametime compensation? as this is day #2 of DDOSing with no actual sign of turn around yet and we are paying for this. I understand its an attack on the network providers but as a paying customer we should be reimbursed for the time we aren’t able to use.

You do realize ISPs will refund or give you credit for down time on your service. we are paying for a service, we cannot use said service due to an outage that is beyond their control, ergo we should get gametime credited for the time we cannot use.

Hey guys look the OP had a new and exciting suggestion that nobody had heard before to suggest to get game time credits for the few hours the servers have been down even though traditionally it’s only after issues are resolved and they lasted multiple DAYS straight and affected all players (which in this case would include retail) that Blizzard has done that.
