Curse of Tongues, Exhaustion and Weakness should have 1 ability with a combined effect.
Ridiculous that my Mage lost so much and Warlocks still have relatively useless stuff like Eye of Kilrogg and 3x different curses. Would be sick if they pruned all the curses into 1 button.

Yes they need to baseline Curse of Satyr. Having exhaustion as its own thing is good because its not a damage debuff.
Especially with Foul Mouth, it is problematic to have AOE curses with a mixed group of melee and ranged mobs.
The “decision making” element isnt really enough to warrant a talent and a separate ability to accomplish a worse version of baseline Satyr.

Remove Havoc.
They might finally be able to tune Destro properly.

If you do not want the spell you have Mayhem as an alternate (which I actually think has been the recommended choice for a while).
But I disagree, although I get your point, cleave functionality does mean ST needs a baseline nerf, Havoc is what makes Destro fun and something a little bit beyond “I go brrr on one target”.
I do not really play Destro right now, but when I do play it, chaos bolt into havoc windows is definitely the highlight.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, WHOA!, you did not just come in here and slander Eye of Kilrogg!?!?!?

Mayhem feels really annoying because it often wastes a lot of uptime to cast time, and being put on your primary target…
Mayhem is fun seeing Chaos Bolts flying off to the sides (and pad meters). Havoc feels good to use.
Both have the same balance issue you mentioned since shard change in Legion (2 soul shards instead of 1 burning ember). Very few times we got good single target damage because it would make us too strong on cleave.
Remove it, or… let Havoc/Mayhem split Chaos Bolt’s damage + add extra to main target. So they can buff Chaos Bolt’s damage and therefore ST, knowing Havoc won’t change damage output much.
