Recommendation for a multi-button mouse?

I think I might need one again soon. Just wondering if there are any good, reliable ones out there, with enough buttons for a Demon Hunter’s rotation (both specs).

A wired mouse would be preferred if possible.

My logitech g600 is holding up pretty well. Wired, 12 buttons on the side, 3 normal mouse buttons, wheel and a couple extras.

Gets the job done, and the price wasn’t bad if memory serves.

I’ve had a razer Naga for like 10 years now, think the laser is starting to go! other than that been a beautiful mouse.

I use the razor mouse that actually let’s me swap which set of buttons it has. It cost me the same amount of a mouse with one option. So I have 1-12, a wheel that is 1-7, and the two button option. The 1-7 is enough for DH to me.

I should mention that my current multi-button mouse is a Corsair Scimitar Pro RGB. While it functions well, continued use seems to irritate my hand. I think maybe it’s the shape/size of the mouse. However if I play with my Logitech G502 (difficult due to fewer buttons, but not impossible), I can play for hours with no irritation.

I like the Corsair Scimitar myself, it has twelve side buttons like traditional MMO mice but with the added ability to move the keypad forward or backward to better fit your hand.

Usually just 1 - 4, you don’t need a mmo mouse for DH, bro.

I’ve seen way too many combat logs to know you guys literally spam 4 buttons.

Maybe you’re thinking of BM Hunters? Regardless I have seen the rotations for both specs. Not super-complicated, but having a multi-button mouse would be very handy. Perhaps moreso for Vengeance than Havoc; those Sigils seem to be very useful.

I’ve been using the Razer Naga Trinity. Has 3 different button configurations, with 2, 7, and 12 button options. It is a little spendy though. Don’t know if you’re on a budget or not

I use the 7 one because it has them in a circular pattern, and it seems easier to navigate than 4 rows of 3 buttons.

I had bad experiences with Razer mice many years ago. Hopefully that would not be the case if I buy a Naga Trinity. My only real concern is how I would grip it, and therefore if it would induce hand irritation or not with long-term usage.

I did consider buying that left-hand keypad thing called the Tartarus (also by Razer). Not 100% on it though. At least the mouse would be used for more than just one game.

I used to use Razer Nagas but on average they lasted me less than a year before breaking. Since then I switched to Logitech G600s and they last forever. Plus I like having one software program to customize all my Logitech stuff.

For the past ten years, I’ve used nothing but Red Dragon mice. I just bought a new wireless one after my last one’s right click finally died out. Well worth the $40. They’re super affordable and I love their style.

I used a razer naga MMO mouse, 30 buttons of which I used like ten for like six years before the left click got janky. (Also would like to point out the razer naga symbol looks like MAN SQUIGGLIES, JFC blizzard your filter is stupid.)

Now im using a uh logitech G600 - same deal, lots of buttons I dont use but I had to disable the weird third click button cause anytime i grabbed my mouse I would set that sucker off, its recently started getting the touchy click issue too though after mmm year and a half maybe two? I’ll click and it will double click a good chunk of the time instead but its much cheaper than the naga.

Echoing the vote for a Logitech G600 - I’ve used both the G600 and the Razer Naga, and for me the G600 comes out on top. I’m on just my second one in ten years - really an excellent MMO mouse.

Another +1 for the Logitech G600. It’s like a Razer Naga (which I still have) but beefier. And I love that third mouse button for my push to talk.

Core rotation sure, but you have other buttons that need pressing for defensives and occasional big cds.

Define “beefier”, if you could. If it’s equal to or bigger than the Corsair Scimitar Pro, that could be an issue for me. :frowning:

I’ve never held a Corsair so I can only compare it to the Razer. It feels smaller in length but it is wider to accommodate that third mouse button which your ring finger rests on. It also has more weight to it which is something you may or may not like.

I have larger hands but it fits me perfectly. Hopefully this is helpful to you!

A regular two button mouse should be fine. No need to break the bank.
