Reclamation rig event not activating. been here several hours seen multiple respawns of the same named rares and still no event.

Up again today and still not spawning.
Agreed, been this way, I think, since Tuesday’s maintenance. Frustrating.
I was just flying over the Reclamation Rig thirty minutes ago and saw it despawn. I decided to then wait for it to respawn and begin the whole construction and defending event.
The problem is that, some time later, when it respawned, it appeared already fully completed and no event happened.
I was not part of a group, I did not leave a group, nor join a group, or even moved.
This is still an issue. Only time I see this up is in group finder and warmode only. Pretty sure they are initiating it manually by dragging enforcers to it and letting their AE take it out.
