I decided to write a post on the forums because I’m trying to look for help…desperately.
Wowhead doesn’t give any info at all, I’ve been looking around all the internet and i can’t find anything.
How do you trigger the Reclamation Rig event or how do you speed it up?
Is there something am i missing?
Please.

Nothing is on it.
No timers, no way to speed it up. Nothing.
Then it’s not active right now.

This Event occurs every day, several times a day.
For the event to occur, the Reclamation Rig has to be “broken”. When the Rig is broken, a small gear symbol shows up on your minimap at /way 70 62 and once you get close enough to it an “auto accept quest” pops up on your screen (you don’t need to accept the quest, it is automatically accepted) and presents 3 parts:
1] 0/1 Reclamation Rig Rebuilt.
This requires you and/or other people to donate 4000 Spare Parts and 5 Energy Cells.
The progress bar will go from 0% to 100% at which point, part 2 occurs.
2] Defend the Rig against the attack.
Waves of Contaminated Globs followed by waves of Irradiated Elementals present a progress bar that climbs from 0% to 100% at which point, part 3 occurs.
3] Defeat Nutronium Surge 0/3.
Three elite large glowing water elementals approach, kill them and the event is over and you receive a reward.
If you come to the Reclamation Rig and it is not broken, hovering your mouse over it presents you with a small wrench icon. If you click on the Rig, it will appear that you are “repairing” it. You’re not. That does nothing (that I am aware of). That just means that the Rig is not broken and the event is not happening. Come back later.
