Reckoning is it fixed yet?

Alliance getting gimped Shamans and a race who’s only benefit is the female waggle wasn’t a favor to the Faction.

Yeah, but imagine the faction imballance after that.

How many posts can you make without even talking about the discussion here? You keep posting, and you’re still not responding to what I said about reckoning being broken, which it is, and ele mastery giving two crits when it says it gives one, which means it is also broken but in a beneficial way.

If you’re going to ‘call me out’ on my bias, why not try to prove I’m wrong? Instead, you’re just complaining I’m posting things that show bias.

Anyways back to the first point. I read they they were fixing it back but that was 2 weeks ago.

On PvP servers especially… and all of outland being far smaller with PvP goals in most of the zones. Flying mounts and no alternative places to level.

My lord, it’s going to be absolutely beautiful if there is a classic TBC.

It’ll be fixed when they launch TBC Classic and the Horde have BE Pally’s. Until then, we must endure without.

I think what happened was that there was a super easily exploitable trick with HoJ and a stop/start attack macro and reckoning interacted with it. They tried to fix reckoning dropping when the paladin switched targets but also nerfed the macro exploit at the same time.

So, this time, you can blame other paladins who were trying to game the system. And of course blizzard for the heavy handed fix.

Reckoning is absolutely playable in its current state. You just have to know how it functions right now and work around it. Once you get a clear understanding of its quirkiness, you can maintain and bomb at your leisure. Just don’t rely on the use of macros, or other abusive exploits around it. I wrote a pretty long post regarding this and showed that I can still Reckbomb pretty well.

And more recently, 1-shotted a Warlock.

While a tad clunky to get used to, once you understand how it functions right now, it’s very playable. Please read above.

Your own people just schooled you lolololol. Paladins aren’t nerfed. This whole horde/alliance favored nonsense is stupid. Play the game and stop whining about nonsensical crap.

Honestly before just reading what you want to read you should read the entire post. it is MUCH different than it was. It;s not the same and in fact based on how it works now, some people could rightly come to the conclusion that it is a NERF from what it was.

My understanding is that if have the attack animation up as in you right clicked something you can’t gain stacks, if you’re in melee range you just instantly attack, and this can happen over and over, but if you’re not currently /attacking something stacks will pile up and you can unload.

Inaccurate.

While autoattacking from right click, or hotkeying your autoattack to be on, you can still gain stacks on the same target, even from out of range. The moment you step into range of said target, you will Reckbomb them.

The key here is that while you have someone targeted, and your autoattack is on, you cannot swap targets, or you will lose stacks. It’s mentioned in my post above, linking to my write-up.

Sorry, can’t help it but every time i see this name i think it says Karebearz. I know i know, off topic. Does anyone else see that too or is it just me?

No u

just me then =(

Well, I initially didn’t… until you brought it up. Now I can’t unsee it, so he’s Karebearz to me, moving forward.

To be fair, there were noticeable changes that made Reckoning a bit more quirky and unreliable in some senses. It now currently requires a lot more micromanagement to make it work effectively. It’s definitely been “nerfed” from the initial Classic release, but not completely broken to being entirely ineffective as some are stating.

this was about one issue though. pick your knuckles up off of the ground for one minute and just think about how big your clown shoes must look right now.

You know what they say about big feet😉
