Finally got the Herb trader and bought Recipe: Wildswater and Recipe: Elemental Distillate and both are not learnable. Alchemist is 100/100 Draenor Alchemy. Bug or needs fixed?

I went looking for this answer tonight myself…
It wasn’t documented in the official patch notes for 9.0.1, but the crafted upgrade items for the Draenor professions were deprecated and removed. It would appear that Blizzard failed to remove the recipes for those items from their respective vendors, though.
