Reched 2000 raiting and didnt get the emerald mark of mastery

does anyone know why i just reached 2000 rating and still got no emerald mark of mastery to get the tier set piece

You could try relogging. It has the same icon as a gem in my inventory that I burned a couple hours earlier, and the mark landed in its same spot, so I thought I didn’t get it.

I recently learned the achievement is shared with 1600 in PVP, so if you already did that on that toon, that may be your issue.
