No, they messed something up. Scorpids are bad now, but everything else is hitting harder. People are going to hate this.
People are posting 300-450 LB crits the math is bad unless this is what they wanted.

Well, based on what they said large focus abilities will hit harder. LB takes 50 focus, so by that logic it should be hitting really hard. I just can’t believe how well claw is doing right now.

If they nerf us again it’s going to look really bad for the development team. They might as well leave things the way they are and let WS/Cat be the go-to pet choices.

And this is why i think they missed a 0.
Lets say it is supposed to scale with 0.004 rap. If they put 0.04 instead, its getting 10 times the rap scaling than what was intended.
I hope we don’t get another nerf, but I have a feeling we will. For some reason people don’t think we should get a benefit from one whole talent tree or rune focus path.

I wish they would make it more viable to play the other runes. But yes if your entire spec/rune is focused on your pets doing damage then they should do damage.

you guys never grinded WSG playing against 19 or 29 twink hunters and it shows. They will still be amazing in the right hands. Sorry your scorpid isnt top dps for the raid now, use some abilities.

Plus, group content as an optimal hunter is really the worse iteration of playstyle I have ever played. 1. Put up Lions 2. Serpent sting 3. Beastial Wrath 4. There is no #4!!!
The entirety of TBC rogues were a support class that exposed armor and took leather loot that nobody needed, in classic rogues were massively overshadowed by warriors and only had the advantage against solo casters. I doubt that you’ve ever played a rogue to see how it is and just complain about getting ganked, but rogues have never been top dog and anyone with a brain knows that.

It’s just another 10% more agi for Surv but Surv is far from being a bis spec in Vanilla. We will see when the time has come but I don’t see it being a problem. Also we have to sacrifice marksmanship rune which is very helpful.
The only thing easy about rogues is ganking people that think rogues are an easy class. Do you even know what a rogue’s rotation is? lmao.

I wish they’d just buff Lone Wolf instead of continuously making Lion the ONLY choice for your chest rune and BM leagues ahead of other options.

I find it funny that people think this is a nerf, it is a massive buff to hunters. All the pets got upped besides the scorpion/serpent which needed a chill pill asap.
On top of that, we can now use Hawk with the 20% stat from lion, this is huge.
