Most of it was literally just damage tuning and was just numbers. Sudden death and massacre got… massacred

I’d normally say that I’m happy for talents to be balanced against each other, but it feels like the fun Execute and MS were balanced down over synergies with duller throughput (Improved MS/Overpower, etc.) or capstone talents (Executioner’s) alone…
Still need to look at it further before I make decide, though.

Sounds like a numbers thing. They didn’t have to go and butcher fun talents that a majority of players enjoy. Bit heavy handed if you ask me.

idk man i really like free execute talents, or talents that make abilities free every once and a while
something about them just feels amazing, and execute’s sound feels especially amazing
neutering sudden death was a nail in the coffin for me, especially since it doesn’t seem like there’s a good slam build, even, despite being the only spec that actually wants to use slam
replace tom with crushing assault and ill be back over the fence on the issue, at least i think

i wouldn’t say that as far as actual viability is probably concerned
it’s still a vast improvement over what we currently have
it’s just that im not a fan of the butchery of sudden death and massacre, and battlelord being nerfed, nor how the sweeping strikes pathway is set up

At this point, its pretty much agreed across the board. It has the worst tree, the hunter tree isnt that good itself, and it still suffers from the lack of identity, direction, or any type of theme whatsoever. Plus the CDS are pretty crappy and they take crucial capstone places. So, no, its not really subjective.

Have you seen ret, all 3 mages, or frost dk? Surv is far from the worst tree.

I agree on the mage trees, mostly frost, suck but they still are better then surv.
Ret is definitely better.
Im not sure about frost dk, but thats what happens when they have to balance dual wielding and 2 handed.
Surv is 3 steps down from all of these specs.
I somehow deep down just knew they were going to somehow trash the class before launching.
Arms is dead. I quitted my warrior since the DS nerf. Its a piece of trash class

these nerfs are beyond silly and need to be reverted, i dont care about number tuning but the massacre and sudden death changes are overkill, AMONG OTHERS.
