Recap cinematic always plays on login

i can post a video but the recap cinematic always plays when i login. ive let the whole thing play out multiple times but still shows every login

I’m also getting this on my boosted priest. Very annoying.

I am also getting this and it’s incredibly annoying - coming back after 4 years yes, it was helpful the first time… not so much day 14.

EDIT to add: I have already reinstalled, I’ve cleared every cache imaginable for this game, tried all the suggestions I’ve seen.

Ive got this same issue on both of my computers. It has to be an account bug then right? Please help with a solution!

Same issue here. Opened a ticket. They had me reset the WoW UI. No help with that either.

Resetting changed nothing, changing WTF playIntro didn’t do anything, disabling read only didn’t do anything, still fudging playing Blizzard. It’s been MONTHS.
