I second Raton’s suggestion, and toward that end I would recommend - if you are able - attending some RP events together and RPing. The two that spring to mind are Story Circle (The Wolfmane Tribe) and Soup Night (South Fury Watch) . I know from experience that these are good places to network. It’s good to see and be seen. I wish you much success with your guild.
